IQP / BWOF –Building Warrant of Fitness / FORM 12A Certification

It is mandatory now for the commercial building to have a current Warrant of Fitness. The BWOF is issued annually subject to all systems in the building have been serviced on regular basis and maintained in good working conditions.

The service records are to be kept on building site for council inspection. Based on these checks and records we can issue the Form 12a certification stating that the servicing has been up to IQP standards. We also issue BWOF once all form 12as for various specified systems have been received.

Comfort Systems are IQP registered service providers and we can service the commercial buildings and can issue form 12a and BWOF. We have a team of experienced tradesmen who can service the building systems.

Comfort Systems services all brands of heat pumps and ventilation systems. Our series include:

• Regular servicing of heat pumps in residential and commercial buildings.
• We can also repair and upgrade the systems.
• Filter change and service checks on all brands of ventilation systems
• Maintenance of commercial building plant.
• Regular maintenance contracts
• Repairs of all building plant such as water chillers, controls, fans etc.
• We service all brands of heat pumps and air conditioners.
• Most heat pump manufacturers guarantee their products for 5 years subject to normal servicing of the system. We can provide regular servicing of your heat pump/air conditioner at every 6 months or yearly interval. If it is commercial application, the service will be required at an interval of 3 months.
• If your system is not functioning to its full capacity, it might be short of gas or may have some other problem. Call us for fault finding and we will get it right for you. If it has not been serviced for a while, you will not get full benefit of the heating and cooling capacity available.
